Predis.ai is a fast way to turn a product link or a one line idea into ad creatives, carousels and short videos, then schedule them. The entry price looks small: Core is $19 a month on yearly billing. So when founders search for Predis alternatives, the trigger is rarely the calendar. It is the credit meter. Once short video becomes the main thing you post, the real question is what one AI clip costs you, and how many of them your plan covers before you buy more.
This guide breaks down Predis pricing in 2026, turns credits into a cost per video, and gives you a one week test to run before you switch. If you want the feature table first, read Postlaty vs Predis.ai.
How Predis pricing works in 2026
According to the Predis.ai pricing page (checked 25 October 2026), there are three plans. Core costs $32 a month, or $19 a month billed yearly ($230 a year), for 1 brand, 10 social accounts and 1,300 credits a month. Rise costs $79 a month, or $40 a month billed yearly ($474 a year), for up to 4 brands, 20 social accounts and 3,200 credits. Enterprise+ costs $249 a month, or $212 a month billed yearly, for unlimited brands, 60 social accounts and 10,000 credits. Team members are unlimited on every plan.
Add-ons stack on top: an extra brand is $5 a month, extra social channels are sold in packs, and 1,200 extra credits cost $29 a month. Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial, and Predis takes a card to start it and charges when day 3 ends.

What one AI video really costs
Predis publishes a credit table on the same page. Images, ad creatives and photoshoots cost 15 credits each. A standard or UGC video costs 200 credits per 8 seconds. Faceless video costs 5 credits per 10 seconds. Predis also notes that credit cost depends on the model you pick, and estimates Core at about 325 images or 33 videos a month.
At 200 credits per 8 seconds, Core covers about 6 UGC clips a month and Rise about 16, before any images.
The $29 extra credits pack adds 1,200 credits, which is 6 more UGC clips, so roughly $4.80 per extra 8 second clip.
Images and video draw from the same pool. A week of carousels makes the video budget smaller.
Faceless videos are much cheaper per second, so the math changes a lot depending on which format you post.
Postlaty meters video the same way in principle, with tokens, but each model shows its own price. On the model list, Kling 3 Pro costs 5 tokens per second, Veo 3.1 costs 10 tokens per second and Grok Imagine video costs 2 tokens per second. Extra tokens are $9 per 100, or 1,000 tokens a month for $80. An 8 second Kling clip is 40 tokens, about $3.60 from a one time pack. An 8 second Grok Imagine clip is 16 tokens, about $1.44. Starter includes 10 tokens, Pro 50 and Premium 100, so on any plan a real video habit means buying tokens too. The difference is that you see the model and the per second price before you generate.
Step 1: count the clips you actually post
Before you compare any Predis alternative, write down what a normal month looks like. Credits only make sense next to your real output.
- 1
How many short videos do you post per month?
Count Reels, TikToks and Shorts from the last 30 days, and how long each one was. Twelve 8 second clips is a very different bill from four 30 second ones.
- 2
Which format do you use most?
UGC style clips, faceless videos, ad creatives and carousels all cost different amounts. Note your top two formats, because those drive the bill.
- 3
Did you buy extra credits or channels?
Look at the last three invoices. If the $29 credits pack or a channel pack shows up most months, that is your real Predis price, not the plan price.
- 4
Where do you post?
List every network. Predis lists Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, X and YouTube Shorts. If you also need Threads or Bluesky, that changes the shortlist.
Multiply your clips by the cost per clip of each tool, then add the plan. That total, not the headline price, is what a Predis alternative has to beat.
What to look for in a Predis alternative
A good alternative for a video heavy founder should make the cost per clip visible, publish to every network you use, and keep replies in the same place as the calendar. Here is how Postlaty answers each point, so you have a reference when you compare other tools.
Named models with a price per second
Generate video with Veo 3.1, Kling, Seedance and Grok Imagine, and images with Recraft, Flux and Nanobanana. Each model lists its token cost, so you can pick a cheaper one for drafts.
Flat plans by channel count
Starter is $29 a month for 10 channels, Pro is $39 for 20 and Premium is $49 for 50. Yearly billing gives two months free. Workspaces are not limited by plan.
19 networks from one queue
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, Reddit, Telegram, Discord, Mastodon, Tumblr and more, all from the same post.
Inbox on every plan
Comments, mentions and messages from connected channels land in one Inbox, including on Starter. The Predis pricing page does not list a social inbox.
Templates and UGC influencers
Postlaty includes 200+ templates and 100+ UGC influencers in Create, so the asset and the schedule live in one login.
Agents that can post for you
Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Cursor over MCP and the public API to draft, generate and schedule posts for review.
The channels page lists every network with its media rules. If one clip to three short video apps is your main job, the guide to scheduling one video to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube shows the exact steps. And if you are still choosing between generators and schedulers in general, the six tests to run before you pay for a content creation platform apply here too.
Step 2: price one real week of video
Feature lists will not tell you the cost per clip for your format. One honest week will. Keep Predis running while you do this so nothing on the calendar slips.
- 1
Pick three ideas you would post anyway
Use real posts from next week, not demo prompts. Keep the same hooks you would have used in Predis.
- 2
Generate each one with two models
Try a cheaper model such as Grok Imagine or Kling for the first draft and Veo 3.1 for the one that matters. Write down the tokens each clip used.
- 3
Schedule to every network you use
Put the clips on Create, add captions per network and set times. Include Threads or Bluesky if you post there.
- 4
Compare cost per clip and replies
At the end of the week, divide what you spent by the clips you kept, in both tools. Then check how many comments you answered from one Inbox.
If writing prompts is the slow part, connect an assistant over MCP and let it draft the ideas and put the clips on the calendar for your review.
Test it in a 7-day free trial before you switch
Postlaty has a 7-day free trial, which is exactly one test week. The Predis trial is 3 days, so plan your comparison around that window if you are starting both fresh.
Connect your three or four busiest channels first and run the week from Step 2 on them.
Spend tokens on real clips, not demos, so the cost per clip you write down is the one you will pay.
Ask your assistant to schedule one post over MCP. If that saves time once, it keeps saving it.
If you decide to move, the one afternoon migration plan works the same way from Predis: export your best creatives, rebuild two weeks of posts, run both tools for a week, then cancel before the next renewal.
When Predis is still the right call
Stay on Predis if ad creatives are your main output, if you rely on its competitor analysis for Facebook and Instagram, or if you sell through Shopify or WooCommerce and want product posts generated from your store. It also publishes to Google Business Profile, which Postlaty does not support, and Core on yearly billing is cheaper than Postlaty Starter if you mostly make images. Postlaty fits founders whose week is short video across many networks, who want to see the model and the price per second, and who want replies in the same login.
