Zoho Social is one of the cheapest serious schedulers on the market. For one business with one account on each network, it is hard to beat. The price changes fast when you run more than one account on the same network: three TikTok accounts, a second Instagram for another niche, a test account for a new format. Zoho counts those as extra brands, and every extra brand is a paid add on.
This guide explains how Zoho Social pricing works in 2026, why the brand model matters so much for people who run several accounts per network, and how to do the math for your own setup before you pick an alternative. For a side by side table, see the Zoho Social vs Postlaty comparison.
How Zoho Social pricing works in 2026
Zoho Social has a free plan and three paid plans for businesses. Prices below are per month in US dollars, as listed on zoho.com in October 2026. Yearly billing is a lot cheaper than monthly billing.
- Free: $0, with a limited set of channels and features for testing the basics.
- Standard: $10 a month on yearly billing, $15 monthly. One brand and one team member.
- Professional: $30 a month on yearly billing, $40 monthly. One brand and one team member, with messages from your accounts. Extra brands cost $14.50 a month each on yearly billing ($17 monthly), up to 5 extra brands.
- Premium: $40 a month on yearly billing, $65 monthly. One brand and three team members, with the full inbox, approvals and the Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk integrations. Extra brands cost $19.50 a month each on yearly billing ($23 monthly).
Extra team members are $10 a month on yearly billing ($12 monthly). The free trial runs for 15 days. Zia, the built in AI, writes captions and hashtags, rephrases text and creates images, with a monthly credit limit (40 credits on Standard and Professional, 80 on Premium). It does not generate videos.
$30
Zoho Social Professional per month on yearly billing, 1 brand
+$14.50

Postlaty Starter per month, 10 channels in any mix of networks
What a brand means in Zoho Social
In Zoho Social, a brand is a set of accounts with at most one account per network: one X account, one Instagram account, one Facebook Page, one LinkedIn page and one LinkedIn profile, one Google Business Profile, and one account each on YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, Mastodon, Threads, Bluesky and Snapchat. Premium adds WhatsApp Business and Telegram Business.
That is a generous bundle if you are one business. A bakery with a Page, an Instagram, a TikTok and a Google profile fits in one brand and pays $10 a month on Standard. The model breaks when your accounts are not spread across networks but stacked on the same ones.
Think about how creators and small teams actually grow today. You run one TikTok in English and one in Spanish. You test a faceless niche page next to your main Instagram. You run several accounts in the same niche because one viral format can be posted with small changes on each of them. In all of these cases you need three TikToks or three Instagrams, and in Zoho Social that means three brands, even if you never touch Pinterest or LinkedIn. If this is your plan, our guide on growing US TikTok accounts from abroad shows how I run several accounts per network.
Zoho counts brands
Each brand holds one account per network. A second account on the same network needs a second brand, and every extra brand is an add on on Professional or Premium.
Postlaty counts channels
Each plan has a pool of channels you can fill with any mix: 10 on Starter, 20 on Pro and 50 on Premium. Three TikToks and three Instagrams use six channels, nothing more.
Do the math for your own accounts
Before you compare features, count your accounts. Write down every network you post to and how many accounts you have on each one. The network with the most accounts sets your number of Zoho brands.
- 1
Count accounts per network
Example: 3 TikTok accounts and 3 Instagram accounts. The highest count is 3, so you need 3 Zoho brands.
- 2
Pick the Zoho plan you really need
If you want to answer messages from the app, start at Professional. If you want the full inbox, it is Premium.
- 3
Add the extra brands
Professional: $30 plus 2 brands at $14.50 is $59 a month on yearly billing, or $74 on monthly billing. Premium: $40 plus 2 brands at $19.50 is $79 a month on yearly billing, or $111 monthly.
- 4
Compare with a channel based plan
The same 6 accounts fit in Postlaty Starter at $29 a month, with 4 channels left for a YouTube channel, a Facebook Page or two more tests.
The gap grows with every account. With 5 TikToks and 5 Instagrams you need 5 Zoho brands: $88 a month on Professional with yearly billing, or $118 on Premium. On Postlaty those are 10 channels, which is still Starter at $29. If you want room to grow, Pro gives you 20 channels for $39.
If your accounts are one per network, the math goes the other way. One brand on Zoho Standard at $10 a month is cheaper than any Postlaty plan. Count first, then decide.
What to look for in a Zoho Social alternative
If you stack accounts on the same networks, the price model is the first filter. After that, check that the tool lets you treat those accounts as one workflow and not as separate silos. Here is how Postlaty covers it.
Several accounts per network
Connect as many TikTok, Instagram or YouTube accounts as your plan has channels, and select all of them in a single post. Each one can get its own caption.
Inbox on every plan
Comments, mentions and DMs from the networks that support them land in one inbox, with a filter per channel. It is included on Starter, not only on the top plan.
Video and image creation
Generate videos with Veo 3.1, Kling 3 Pro, Seedance 2.5 and Grok Imagine, and images with Recraft, Flux and Nanobanana. Use 100+ UGC influencers and 200+ templates.
19 networks from one composer
Schedule to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, Reddit, Mastodon, Telegram, Discord and more.
Tokens only for generation
AI generation uses tokens: 10 a month on Starter, 50 on Pro and 100 on Premium, with extra packs at $9 per 100. Scheduling and the inbox do not use tokens.
API and MCP on every plan
A REST API and an MCP server let Claude, Cursor or n8n list your accounts, create posts and reply to inbox messages, so an agent can post to all your accounts for you.
Per account pricing has the same trap in another shape. If you are also looking at Publer, our guide to Publer alternatives walks through that math.
Test it on your real accounts for one week
Postlaty has a 7-day free trial on every plan. Use it on the exact setup that makes Zoho expensive for you:
- 1
Connect every account on your busiest network
If you run three TikToks, connect all three first. Check that each one shows up in the composer and in the inbox filter.
- 2
Post one video to all of them
Make or upload one video, select every account and write a different caption for each, so the posts are not identical copies.
- 3
Schedule the rest of the week
Put five to seven posts per account on the calendar, at the times each audience is online.
- 4
Reply from one place
Answer comments and DMs from the Postlaty inbox for the whole week. Note anything you had to open the native app for.
When Zoho Social is still the right call
A fair comparison says where Zoho wins:
One business, one account per network: Zoho Standard at $10 a month on yearly billing is cheaper than Postlaty, and the free plan costs nothing.
Postlaty does not publish to Google Business Profile, WhatsApp Business or Snapchat. Zoho Social covers all three.
Postlaty has no approval flows and no Zoho CRM or Zoho Desk integration. If your team already lives in Zoho, that link has real value.
The Postlaty inbox does not show TikTok comments, and on X it shows DMs only.
The bottom line
Zoho Social is great value for one brand. When you run several accounts on the same networks, its brand model turns every extra TikTok or Instagram into an add on. A channel based plan lets you fill your slots with any mix. Compare both tools on the Zoho Social alternative page, check the plans on pricing and see every supported network on channels.
